    Our home is a traditional English Tudor estate, tucked privately away within the lush nature of Avalon Hills in Devonshire. Our custom home expresses a thoughtful layout, which is flexible for elegant entertaining, functional living and retreating in style. The superior quality, and rich character found in the details throughout our home give tribute to its handsome timeless essence. We have a gorgeous view from the grand gallery's deck that overlooks Lake Charlevoix and their entry fountain. We are located on the north east side of Indianapolis, a short distance from Shadeland and I-465. It is adjacent to the Hillcrest Country Club, near Ft. Benjamin Harrison State Park, and there are greenways that connect to the Monon Trail, and more.

    We have 5 bedrooms available, two have private baths. We have off street parking that can readily accomodate 5 additional cars. The house sits atop a hill and the drive is curvy with a good slope in some areas. Snow may be a problem for visitors in the winter months, we will endevour to keep the drive and walkways clear.

    The Royal Suite:

    This spacious ground floor room has a king sized bed, and a sitting area with a 70 inch flat screen smart TV that you can privately watch DVD's or Internet streaming options. It also has a digital antena that picks up many local stations. A large private deck is attached to the suite with table, chairs, and umbrella where you can view the backyard, driveway, and maybe some deer at dusk. You can even eat your breakfast, or relax with a glass of wine there. It has a large private bath with a large shower, hot tub, dual sinks, and a large wall mirror. There is even a washer and dryer with a large walk-in closet at your disposal.

    Sir Galahad's Suite:

    This large upstairs room has a King bed, a private bath, and a 70 inch flat screen smart TV that you can privately watch DVD's or Internet streaming options. It also has a digital antena that picks up many local stations. It's main feature is the renassaince wall paper and double doors that, when opened, overlook the Grand Gallery.

    Sir Gawain's Room:

    This large upstairs room has a Queen size bed, and a shared bath. It has a 39 inch smart TV with Blu-ray player, and digital antena that picks up many local stations.

    Percival's Room:

    This upstairs room has a Full size bed, and a shared bath. It has a 39 inch smart TV with Blu-ray player, and digital antena that picks up many local stations.

    Merlin's Room:

    This upstairs room has a Full size bed, and a shared bath. It has a 39 inch smart TV with Blu-ray player, and digital antena that picks up many local stations.
